1. Nature of Services

PETPL provides B2B energy services including power trading, open access power sourcing, EV charging station solutions, and regulatory & energy legal services. Most engagements are governed by individual commercial contracts that specify their own payment, refund, and cancellation terms. In case of any conflict, the executed contract shall prevail over this policy.

2. Power Trading & Open Access Services

• Power trading and open access transactions executed through power exchanges, bilateral, or third-party arrangements are non-refundable once a transaction or contract is confirmed, as these involve binding commitments and regulatory obligations.
• Cancellation of such transactions, where permitted, shall be governed by the terms of the respective agreement and applicable exchange/regulatory rules.

3. EV Charging Station Services

• For EV charging infrastructure projects, refund and cancellation terms shall be specified in the project agreement or work order.
• Advance payments made towards procurement, customization, or mobilization may be non-refundable to the extent costs have already been incurred.

4. Online Payments / Service Fees

• Where any service fee, subscription, or report charge is paid online, cancellation requests must be raised within 7 days of payment and before the service has been initiated or delivered.
• Once a service has commenced or a report/deliverable has been generated, the amount becomes non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
• Applicable transaction charges, bank fees, or taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Cancellation by PETPL

PETPL reserves the right to cancel or decline any service or transaction due to regulatory restrictions, non-compliance, incomplete documentation, or failure of financial security mechanisms. In such cases, eligible amounts (excluding incurred costs) will be refunded.
